Transpara Visual KPI uses “Web 2.0” technology to make performance data available on any device, whether wired or wireless, making Real-time Data and Scorecards available anywhere… even on the go.

With Visual KPI, key operating measures are made available to stakeholders at every level of the corporation, delivering a configurable solution for implementing such initiatives as Balanced Scorecard, Six Sigma and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Based on Microsoft SQL Server and ASP.NET 2.0, and leveraging such industry standards as OSIsoft's PI, this web-based application intelligently determines the screen size available to the requesting user and optimizes the interaction with Graphics, Scorecards, and Trends for the specific device. In addition, the system can be configured either online or offline through an intuitive Excel 2003/ 2007 spreadsheet, taking full advantage of Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for Office.

Visual KPI 3.0 delivers automatic roll-ups and run-time grouping so users derive the maximum value from their data. Query-based Scorecards and Views make it easy to keep relevant data in front of the right people, by role. A built-in calculation engine supports derived attributes from other attributes or even external live data. With support for data sources from ODBC, Web Services and even Excel Services (part of MOSS 2007) users have more access and flexibility to use the KPIs already being calculated somewhere in their organization.

Visual KPI 3.0 includes enhanced support for most recent Blackberry models, as well as expanded URL-based extensibility, allowing integration with other enterprise systems in hours. New calculation capabilities make simple equations a snap to implement. Visual KPI also has configurable alerting, so that the person or group responsible for a given KPI remains aware of the status, whether they are online, offline or even away from the office.
