In the Visual KPI Designer, under the Gear Icon there is a section called Contacts. In this section you can create new Contacts or modify existing Contacts. In Visual KPI, a Contact is either a single person, a list of people separated by semi colons, an AD Distribution List, or a returned string from an interface (data source).
You will see the Site Admin as the default Contact on the first line. You can modify this or simply add more lines. Once a Contact is defined, the person or group can be used anywhere in the site where the Contact field is present.
